Volunteers are vital to the existence of PASSAGES, Inc. The agency would be unable to provide many of the services it does without the help and commitment of volunteers. At PASSAGES, volunteers are necessary to help carry out the following activities: * Provide direct client services including hotline counseling, individual counseling and legal/medical advocacy to victims of sexual assault and/or violent crime. * Assist agency staff with public relations activities, fund raising projects, education/prevention presentations and general office duties. * Serve as a member of the PASSAGES Board Of Directors. * Work toward increasing community awareness and response to the magnitude and incidence of sexual assault and/or violent crime. Help victims of sexual violence in your own community! Become a PASSAGES volunteer. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and must complete the individualized and flexible 40 hour training.
